7:07 mine looks exactly the same, it's a beautiful sapphire color 💛 the bottom of my stone is a bit more pointed and sharp, I got it gifted to me for my birthday, it's been handed down from many generations 💛 its a family jewel 💛

All of these have been heated but not all have been treated so am I to understand they do not come out of the ground already yellow and a heating process turns them yellow ?

Firstly, some stones from the videos are unheated - they are 100% untreated, Few are heated - which means either they are little lighter or off color, but then heating improves the yellow inside them (there are many conditions while heating and some techniques work for some rough while others don't - its more of a learning thing where you become better after you get more experience)
