I rode on tuktuks plenty of times in Guatemala where the rest of my family lives. I wish there was a tuktuk racing league over there. Those tuktuks are tough and can handle a beating and some heavy loads. They’re often pushed to the limits and they can really show off their capabilities in races like these!

Now i wanna see a redbull racing factory tuk tuk entry.. lets say cases have to remain spec but all other engine modifications allowed including fueling. Some proper tires and suspension etc ..however i can see how that would then diminish the importance of having good co pilots if you could just blast thru everything no prob..still this looked like a blast. I'm sorry but there was tons of things wrong with this video. For one I can't hear a damn thing over the epically loud music playing during most of it. Nothing is explained! Is this a single race, multiple races, where are they racing to? The overlays showing information is completely useless without context. Why should we know the humidity and visibility percentages? Does this play an important factor for the races? I wish Red Bulls production company made this, and not just sponsored the event. I'd like to be able to appreciate this race, but this video doesn't do it justice.

The race is quite large and complex and since they are dubbing the Hindi language with subtitles, to be able to hear it isn't that important. Also the humidity and elevation and all those stats often show up in racing video games, what red bull was going for was a video game asthetic, that's also why the rock music is playing in the background. Video games often show the humidity cuz it does play a role on how likely it's going to rain and on how fast the engine can overheat, etc...
