Haven't spent on the lucky bag event but bought the last year's lucky bag lineup. They're random, but there's a percentage to which suit is going to drop at which lucky bag. Like the tiger suit is more likely to drop at the first lucky block.

I feel like i was experiencing the V0 pity here but I've done 50 pulls, so 4500 diamonds spent on the event, i have 3 items from cloud, 4 from red dress (i recall 3 duplicates? too), and the whole sand suit. I have no idea how it happened i was genuinely set on getting the first milestone suit for 9 pulls, to just pull randomly in hopes of getting more items out of of this in the process of it but here i am.
