Tips for the sanity mod. Always stay in light, eat food, or sleeping to raise your sanity. Mining in caves, taking damage, and staying in the dark lowers your sanity. Those words appear when your sanity is reaching its breaking point. After it lowers a bit more, instakill monsters will spawn and kill the insane individual and only them. Have fun P.s. you can make a flower crown with 8 flowers. It gives you sanity overtime and makes your sanity more durable while wearing it. Place the 8 flowers in a crafting table like if you were making a chest. Im pretty sure any flower works.

Just so you know, the reson your sanity wasn't going up when you where holding a torch is because, when you hold a torch it basicly provides a 'fake' light around you, like a resource pack, so for the mods to count it as a light source you need to place the torch down.
