It's not the "childish" way of saying it, it's the normal way people say they like someone, or something. Suki just means like (or really it's an adjective meaning something is something you like) and daisuki means you *really* like. Aishite is the te-form of 愛する, what it means is determined by the verb that comes after it, also you missed the -teiyanakyakorosu which means something like 'if you don't, I'll kill you.'

Something else terrifying is that the orange-haired girl didn't seemed to be phased by her gf's disappearance, so either she didn't really care about her, OR black-hair is actually replacing her in EVERYTHING.
