So, we just moved into a home that has this system. We need to reset it and can’t seem to figure that out. Is there a phone number that doesn’t require me to plug in an associated phone number that I can call? The previous owners are incognito.

Hello... my system when activated in arming away mode at the end of the seconds it changes to arming stay... the motion sensor indicates movement while the system is deactivated... if I activate the system it does not indicate movement... any suggestions?

You have to acually leave your house using a door that has a door sensor. You need to open that door and close it

You can set it or change it to whatever you want like any other password. The problem is you would hardly ever use it, so would you remember it in an emergency situation is the question. 3:33

That’s the default password when the unit is first installed. The installer will have you change it to your own four digit passcode. She’s just showing you that for ease sake
