This Shhh reminds me of Umji’s line in Rum Pum Pum where she had to swear but the IT was removed leaving her singing only SHH. But we all knew what was meant then and I suspect now too.

I think they had a press release that mentioned a Latino theme which would bring back memories of Live or Die for me. But the ending instrumental reminds me of the BadVillain sound so maybe there was some overlap there in the creative forces at work. I share your reservations on the sound but I think in context it will sound so much better. I hope so anyway as I will be playing it on repeat whatever.

I actually really like that flanged guitar/synth sound. It reminds me of video game music from the SNES/16 bit era.
