Agreed, origin os is one of the best android skin, wile unfortunately funtuch is one of the worst. Also regarding features, obviously origin os is mutch more optimized because China is where they sold by far the most, where you mainly see is battery, smoothness and camera optimization

So, I only get 4G on this device with AT&T and I'm only getting 10Mbps on upload and download.

I had same one vivo fold 3 , unfortunately mine is stuck on bootloader screen and not starting on tried pressing everything but brings me on same screen,

I switched to T-Mobile, and it's doing great. Fastest speed I've had so far was 750mbps. Gotta make sure to go to developer options and switch it to "5G SA", otherwise it'll be slow.

The back cover is made of fibreglass, Vivo claims that this material is 15 times more resistant to impact than glass. I have che Chinese version since launch, I prefer origin is to the global rom and I have no problem with it, here in Europe works with 5g no problem, you can use any smart watch with just a 5 minute trick and now has android auto as well, the Chinese os is so much better. But regarding the point of the back panel, I think Vivo claims that is more resistant than glass to drops is true (also plastic is witch is more or less the same feel) but I have dropped this phone a couple of times and it will always land on the sides because are more heavy, even if you manage to drop in the back, the camera huge camera bump will hit first. I think they made the back out of this material just to make it lighter, they added kind of a sparkle finish to try to hide the eventual scratches. Eves so, I rock my smartphones always without case, this is my daily driver since April and it has some minon scratches but is still fine. It is unfortunate that the cover messed your phone like that, it also a different cover from the original one on che Chinese version, that one protected the hinge as well, but people using it found out that it scratched the hinge like crazy. Shame on them that this new one still dose damage. Anyway I still think this is the best foldable still today, not the thinnest or lightest, but by far the one with best camera and battery

@@riccardogalli8823 yeah it just made me laugh because I bought the case to protect my phone from scratches and it scratched my phone. But from now on, I may just use it without a case. I love it without the case anyway. I keep seeing comments about OriginOS being better and now I really want to try it. They probably did use that material on the back to make it lighter but that's fine. Doesn't bother me at all. I do feel like it is one of the best, if not the best foldable available right now. Just wish that I had OriginOS instead of FuntouchOS.
