vivo used around 7 % battery for the same time samsung used 4% battery, i own x100 ultra and the drain in idle is crazy, can;t keep up with samsung even with a larger battery

@@SomerSuhan no, it the battery is good, is just simple poorly optimized that you don't feel the phone has 5500mAh, more like a 5000mAh, you can easily get 8 hours of screentime in a day if you are a heavy user, the problem is if you are a light user you will be the most affected since the phone will lose a lot of battery doing nothing, basically in 48 hours the phone will use 50% of battery just in idle so you can use max 2 hours per day if you want the phone to last 2 days

@@SomerSuhan yeah but let's keep in mind that in other battery drain tests that i've seen samsung tends to drain battery much faster below 20% so its drain is not stable and usually drains more at the lower end

Vivo origin OS Is mindblowingly smooth, zero to none micro jitter/stutter throughout the OS. And thx for the video 😁. U can try increase the brightness of both phones and they will probably go down to 1hz haha

yeah but has the worst idle battery drain i've seen in a recent flagship phone, 1% per hour is crazy high, samsung uses about 0.7%, magic 6 pro about 0.4% and iphone about 0.2% per hour , this phone will burn a lot of battery doing nothing so is a no buy for light users, if you charge your phone every 24 hours then you can get easily 8 hours of screen time which is good for a 5000mAh but bad for a 5500mAh probably too much chinese spyware combined with low quality modem

How is the x100 Ultra with uk banking Apps please? I use and need 6! Deal breaker but phone looks amazing and disappointed with S24 Ultra zoom changes from 23. Specifically - Santander : Halifax : Tide : Zopa : Zettle

is good but not crazy good because of massive idle drain, same problem as my older x90 pro+, loses 8-9% per night with sleep optimization off(so notifications work) , iphone loses 1% and samsung 2-3% per night so you can expect similar battery like s24 ultra, this problem cancels the extra 500mAh and if you are a light user it will be even more affected look at this video, vivo lost 7% battery while samsung only 4%

honestly this kind of comparison is useless nowadays as nearly all phone out there even the entry & midrange phone have nearly similar performance to the more expensive flagship phone. anyone needing to have even that 1 million of a second difference probably needs to get themselves check by a psychiatrist due to OCD. comparison like will be useful say 15 years ago where processor & graphic aren't so powerful like in the present time now. i have both a S23 ultra & samsung galaxy A05s which is a most basic entry phone both as a daily use phone & honestly speaking the A05s is not really that slow in fact it's fast enough for most task without much waiting eg does youtube open fast enough - it all depend on the cellular connection meaning if the phone is connected to for eg super Wi-Fi A05s open up youtube nearly the same time as S23 ultra.
