The vivo x70pro (china version) i think would take a better still images than the global version. Because the china version using Exynos Chip has a dedicated V1 imaging chip while the global version of the x70 pro does not have

I mean, all the photos I took with it are great. I usually increase/decrease the exposure before I take photo. I like it much better than A52 definitely (my sis use that). The color on A52 is too oversaturated in my taste. Also the camera hardware advantage on vivo x70 pro (like 2x potrait and 5x periscope) can't be replaced by anything at it's price range

and yeah, the video quality is borderline (not really disappointing tho), +slight frame drop is really annoying, but the stabilization is (probably) one of the best right now. My friend rode a motorcycle once around 50-60km/h, and I was the passenger. I recorded it handheld, and the footage is realllyyyyyyy smooth

I disagree. Having the phone, and comparing side by side with iPhone 13 Pro max and mate 40 pro plus I can tell you the Vivo shoots better images, displayed on also a better looking screen.

If you tweak some settings, it has strong video recording capabilities ( tho iPhone is still better at video). Dimensity is great processor . Iqoo 8 pro or vivo x70 pro in near future would be better but there always is something better in future

It's basically a midranger with upper midrange/flagship specs while just below the flagship range. Examples of this would be this phone, Google Pixel 6, Mi 12, Samsung S21 (or S22 in february?) and iPhone 13. The flagships would be their Pro/Pro Plus counterparts then the ultra flagships would be, well, the Ultra/Pro Max if applicable.

@@WiFish as far as I've tested (many) the best are BK's family : Oppo, Realme, Vivo the most fluid experience without lags and bugs . Not comparable with others. I recently ordered the new S22 Ultra but I'm sure I'll be disappointed by the software.

@@pratyushkumar7418 the phone by itself is worth the price, but if we take a look at the software, it's services like customer service and general polish, it is not worth it. Camera is marginally better in general than other phones of the price, and it outshines others in some scenarios. You will get an excellent battery(it's quite impressive) and an okay experience with other features. There are just some small aspects which sometimes make everything frustrating.

​@@WiFish The OS is surprisingly clean apart from some little inconsistencies. At the moment, there are no integrated ads like the ones we find in Xiaomi. The OS is actually pretty clean. Vivo used to have this App Space(I forgot the correct name) where they would push literally a whole screen of apps that have been given advertising space every time some app finishes installing from the Play Store. It used to be so annoying since it would pop up in full screen without dark mode regardless of what you are doing. So basically, it would pop up while taking pictures, watching movies and even while playing games. Thankfully Vivo removed it after feedbacks.

Meh... This phone is a joke. According to DXOmark, the Vivo X70 Pro scores 131 points in the camera department, which"on paper" is supposed to destroy Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra which has only 121 points (we all know the reason why S21 Ultra was bashed by DXOmark). In reality, however, Vivo X70 Pro performs mediocre. Its video quality is far worse than budget phones from several years ago, such like Galaxy M30s, M21 or A71. Even the basic Galaxy A52 and A72 shoot better photos, especially at 64MP mode during the day. Vivo X70 Pro's low light photos are extremely dark and brown. The one area where Vivo X70 Pro shines is battery life for Internet browsing. It would make a nice secondary home device for checking Facebook.
