Applications for Byuldul(Starlight 2) was in September and was then extended, but they just stopped accepting applications on the 11th of October~

You had to apply and it was only for the first few weeks of august, it ended august 19th I believe so you can't join this year since applications have ended but you can apply next year^^ when they open applications again.
