Simon knew harry was the medic from the start , because he knew he would save himself first lol and the way he acted that's why he never voted for Harry in the next two rounds even eventho Harry saved different person for the next round Simon probably thought he was saving himself because Ethan did die, so for the next since jj was the most sus and Simon thinking Harry is saving himself he went with vik but Harry saved him and this lead to Simon voting for Harry but than Harry saved himself. Basically eventho Simon said it 50/50 for the last round it always like a 50/50 back and forth between Simon and Harry from Simon's pov lol
