Watch the sample run at the end. That’s what he is doing on a bleed comp with no gear, no fighting spirit and most importantly no cars (that boost the bleed effect by 200%) He is fantastic

I don’t personally view evil Ryu as a dps if anything I view him as supporting/sub dps. Yes I think vega will be better

Maybe a safe OP pvp team for him is (vega, abel, summer elena and bzang), vega super, abel c1, bzang c2 and vega c3... (heal+dmg reduction+dmg bonus) from summer elena, shield from abel and stun+dmg bonus from bzang
