You cannot "DOWNLOAD" apps to a Vizio "smart" TV. IT IS NOT A "SMART" TV. I have resorted to plugging a Firestick 4k into my piece of shit Vizio "smart" TV which then necessitates me keeping TWO remotes handy...one for controlling the content I'm watched and the other to control the actual tv (on/off ... volume ... etc)

Yea, my 77yo sister replaced her dead Roku TV with this Vizio. I spent nearly an hour trying to find how to load her streaming service, (Direct stream), until I gave up and immediately went out and got her a Roku Ultra. Problem solved, but, really Vizio?

I completely understand you, i like Vizio tv's quality and decent price; however, they have limited Apps, and there is no way of adding more, other than just screen mirroring from your phone, or connecting an external streaming devices like you did, thanks for watching ✌️

Hi @Im1234and5, on your Vizio TV, you can download music using Spotify, Apple Music, or Pandora, however, it's not possible to transfer your stored tracks from the micro SD to the tv itself, but you can look for these songs on any of these Music service Apps and create your own playlist and access them from any device so that you do not have to use an external storage device like micro sd or USB, hope this helps, thanks for watching

Hey there! You're absolutely correct. They come with preinstalled apps, so it's not possible to add any more apps. However, You can easily access apps not on your TV by using screen mirroring, also known as MirrorCast. This can be done using either an iPhone or an Android phone.

Hi, right now the IPTV does not come pre-installed on Vizio Smart TVs, so the only way that I know of is to stream on your phone and mirror cast that content onto your Vizio Smart TV, hope this helps you, Thanks for watching🫡

I feel you. The only way to do that is to mirror your phone's screen to the television, then launch your phone's preferred browser to view your movies, hopefully Vizio will add a browser in the near feature. Thank you for watching ✌️.
