They are pretty neck and neck at the moment. Each new feature release edges one ahead of the other but it's pretty close. I would recommend trying both and seeing how they perform for your particular type of analysis.

if we have percentage match data based on nonlinear math of two wave sprectra can we train it to be able to analyze the output data? Interpreting the raw graph isn't needed but that would be even better.

Good question. If it's something you can do in Python, then you should be able to do it with the right prompts.
