Too bad the ending won't be corrected and pairings won't be undone. Ichigo should have died and gone to Soul Society. That would have been the fair trade for Isshin staying in the World of the Living. Also; the character development of Uryu and Chad were shattered by having them in careers they swore never to have.

@@jesterchester8428 more like he forced HIMSELF to do certain things. The main reason it was like that after Aizen, the main reason he rushed, was because of his poor health. Before, he already had issues with getting chapters done on time, and he frequently got sick as well. And during the TYBW, it got worse and he even had a torn tendon in his arm. But he pushed through trying to end it as soon as possible. He even said that one of the things that drove him was a letter from a dying fan who told him to end it the way he wanted. Things got cut along the way, but he got the ending he had envisioned since the beginning.

I’m glad the final arc will be more fleshed out and include battles missing from the manga - this was what I was most hoping for. It’s reassuring to hear that Kubo is fully involved, and pleased with the production studio and progress thus far. Although I prefer the previous animation and art style, I’m still looking forward to the more modern adaptation. I hope they really take their time to make this final arc amazing, even if that means delaying the anime. There will probably be no more Bleach after this, so we really want this final arc to be memorable and lasting

First of all I just want to say thank you Kubo for every character you’ve made in the blood war it is my favorite arc I find it very interesting how he had to follow television restriction guidelines while making the manga and because of that he couldn’t go all out… but it’s okay I understand I’m just so happy that he got to go all out for the blood war without any of those restrictions I know this animated arc will be my favorite in the anime I have faith in this and I know y’all won’t let us down do your best!!!

I am glad Kubo is being honest in this interview. He admits that many of the fighting scenes didn't make it to the manga. This is one of the main reasons many fans found Thousand-Year Blood War arc disappointing in the manga. I am happy because it seems that the anime adaptation will be the 'Redemption' arc of that manga version. Kubo is also excited for Yhwach vs Yamamoto in the anime which is great news because the manga didn't do justice for this fight.
