This is absolutely the best visualization video I have ever seen. My mother used to tell me about this in the ’70s, I would see her with all her books and cassettes back then, I didn't understand nothing she was doing or saying. This was kept so secret for decades. For the first time I finally could pinpoint HOW to really exercise my visualization, and stuff just popping out at me with much more ease after closing my eyes. Saw all 3 clips, and it has been the best explenation on HOW TO visualize, because it is so detailed described the challenge to visualize, that it finally gave me the skill to actually do it! It came more or less instantly, just by correcting a few misconceptions I had about how to visualize I finally go it to work much easier! AWEZOME!

Before I was to give a speech in communication class, I would try to push the fear away and would be a mess when I gave my speech. One day before a speech I realized if I accept the fear and move through it, I was able to be in the now and give a better speech. This could help with visualizations also. Thank you for this. I have been trying to visualize for many, many years, with very limited success. i always give up as I struggle to "see perfect pictures of what I want" . These 3 videos have explained certain concepts and ideas of which I feel have never been explained correctly to me before. i see the entire process in a different light now. As a Christian I cannot accept or practice the rituals portals of the rosicrucians and the spirit masters. As the Egyptian goddess prayers are included and as Christians we are to seek the holy spirit for truth illuminations. But I can see that just playing religious without any self development is why many stay so immature and do not grow. I appreciate the goal setting and study skills toward developing oneself. Vain imaginations are not rooted in reality they are empty unrealistic imagery. but envisioning yourself toward inspiration and goals is not vain, can be useful. Also is it not said as "a man thinketh he is". So my inner question is there a difference in visualising and envisioning. I think Christianity should learn self development as well. And I see the intelligence of this woman in her demeanor.

Wonderful. Its fascinating to notice that no-one has noticed the evident message slap in your face (unless I missed it in the comments). One half of you are going 'Cor pretty lady', the other half going 'is there something wring with her eye?'. (A figurative half here tho folks!). Now put the two together - how many would equate 'Cor..' with someone with a glass eye? (No disrespect to anyone- its just the horrible modern cult of 'beauty'). Her mojo is strong! She has shaped her reality around herself so well (IMHO).
