Yes! I was about to book a flat there ! Thank God I backed off because of the heavy price they were asking 2yrs back. 1.05cr. However later I purchased a 3BHK in d Kharadi Manjari Township (75L) it’s still a TRAP 😂 Builders hain, Kahin bhi jao trap toh hona hi hai… my first priority was LOT LOT LOT of open spaces that’sthe reason I choosed that still got trapped in the name of RIVERSIDE ROAD…. Bhai ka video dekh ke kuch jyada hi OPTIMISTIC ho gaya tha

Rent what owners are expecting is the rent for flats right opposite Eon IT Park, Ganga and Forest County etc.. The area of those flats is huge, not like Matchboxes at VJ Orrizonte, just saying Kharadi no one is going to pay hefty Rent, and if anyone is paying ,then that person has been fooled.

kuch bhi 🤣🤣 just check the rent for forest county and ganga platino , dont just give vague statements blindly, in this time and age where all information is openly available such statements are laughable !

35k for such a small flat😂 Owner has gone mad & don’t have any sense of real estate. People would rent out bigger flats in nearby societies, or nearby areas like Wagholi, Keshav Nagar, Dhanori in stead of this matchboxes. I understand quality of VJ is good, but this rentals doesn’t justify matchbox prices. People will comfortably get bigger carpet flats on rent in same rental value.

Thats the difference about the location anyways you will get to know when you will purchase any flat in limits of kharadi Keshavnagar wagholi and dhanori location flats are cheaper then kharadi location

@@rhkvlogsofficial Kharadi location flats are definitely expensive no doubt about that. But, when owner starts asking exorbitant rates for matchboxes when bigger flats are available for same rent then it doesn’t make any sense. I have many relatives & friends staying in Kharadi on rent. In less than or equal to 35k they have rented bigger flats with better amenities. That’s why I have pointed it out. This Kharadi bubble is intentionally created by keeping poor infra in nearby localities. The day ring road becomes ready, whole Kharadi will go stagnant. Thats gonna happen for sure because LA is already completed for ORR and construction will start just after elections. As soon ORR comes in to picture, population will disperse to other localities.

True but understand todays market if any owner is renting out in 35K then you wont be letting you flat at 30K but yes you will defiantly keep some negotiations around it so same this owner has also done and the point you are putting out this was before covid strike after covid things have changed and not sure where and how its going to stop Gera WOJ its an ubale nagar location still rent is 35K to 45K similar to kharadi yes that does't justice I agree cause location falls under wagholi then why rents are high cause of the maintenance and prices what people have paid so once perspective wont change the things it 'WE' who need to stop in such cases.

@@rhkvlogsofficial Infra has been kept intentionally poor by PMC in certain localities to jack up the rates in main locality. They first exhaust land parcels in main localities and then they move to new localities. Till then buyers or tenants keep suffering in new localities. This is general trend in PMC. They’re not letting rentals cool down intentionally. This flat should go max for 27-28k. Bohot ho gaya to 30k. Beyond that if someone pays it, then such people are also equally responsible for hyping the rentals and making others life miserable. There should be some relativity in terms of carpet area, locality, amenities, rental yield.

But still people are coming to pune eventually no one of there are in pune still they want to purchase flat in pune to get settle in that case the demand is high and amount of flats are lesser in kharadi thats what the hack is where people end up paying more they don't have other options the points you are quoting is the true reality and everyone can see that but will one person can change this? and its keep on increasing day by day, one day you also might end up charging that amount or paying that amount, you think people are suffering but I don't see they are ready to pay thats why the prices you see now and who is suffering are looking for keshavnagar dhanori or wagholi not kharadi they know there pockets and they are happy to pay in that location.
