what is the maximum pressure can be applied by this ACONS? can it reaches this pressure 1600 (kPa)?

Yes, 1600kPa is very easily achieveable. The maximum load of the ACONS2 is 15kN. The maximum pressure will vary depending on the size of the sample you are testing. Max Pressure = 15kN / Area of your sample (Pressure = Force / Area)
