Back in the day I played the VK40.02 (P) Ausf. A too. (I am sad that I did not try it out earlier, because shortly after it was rendered useless by powercreep). I too used the 10.5cm. The alpha damage was worth more than the pen or the DPM of the 8,8cm of either Panther or Tiger. I used the 10.5cm on this tank to stop mediums and lights from flanking because it had the speed of a medium, but better armor while still having a punchy gun. Kindy like my E50 on T8 back then. I used two repkits and a FE. Crew did not die that much. And if some of my crew died, it was not too bad. I had a very good crew so I could compensate and only suffer minimal performance loss. It was more important to have two times the ability to get the tracks back up or the engine/gun, because that could not be compensated by crew. Fun times...

@@Rhox-ED Rly?? i see u are dumb ,ye ofc i could cap and win BUT not everyday u got chance to get 13 kills BUT u can win match everyday Probably u are who care so much about win and still 45% win rate. Also u are cap addicted player who runs on cap zone in the first 2 mins. Second thing before arty was shooting me and i know his position so was hoping a player ,,without keyboard,, and still camping there. Anyway i dont rly care, from my side still was a WIN.
