No, it is not broken, it is just slightly better than the e100. VKK is slow, which is a serious negative nowadays, the gun can be trolish sometimes, you can't play hull-down because you don't have gun depression and the tank itself requires a lot of skill to make it work. Stop saying a tank is op or meta when a good player does amazing games with it.
