Sir, are we supposed to ask such direct question to assess the orientation of the patient? Might frustrate some patients who just travelled to your clinic by his own n waited outside your room for a while. n you are asking him "where are you?"

Hello guyz. I have a question, when you asked what time is now and the patient answered correctly and the feedback was that the patient is time orientated so is would the feedback be still the same even when the patient has no phone or watch to check the time?
