I’m going to say no only because we don’t know the efforts that was put in before this situation popped off. We know her daughter has a mental illness/problem and uses drugs🤷🏾‍♂️. We don’t know how much the mother tried to help her daughter. They not from the trenches wasn’t poor and went to decent schools explained by the mother. So knowing she provided the best she could for her kids making sure they never had to work I’m pretty sure she tried multiple solutions for her daughter’s problems. Lay off mom dukes💯
