I'm asking because here it sounds like you are implying that their practice regimen isn't hellish on K-pop groups for the same reasons listed here. Also, no offense at all intended, but the comparison is kind of weak in the first place. You're comparing someone practicing a three to four minute dance for one performance (and likely more than just one song per game) to someone practicing their songs for multiple performances. In other words, considering the fact that none of the professional dancers are invested in the songs, they do a wonderful job with their performance, in my opinion. I believe expecting perfection from others is something we should do only when we can do the same for ourselves first! Either way, you should look into the idol culture in Asia, particularly Korea and Japan. With the amount of fans they have, maybe we can help shift their toxic workload into something more realistic and liveable for the people we appreciate. 🤗💜

Like the poor dancers are in a room that’s all green basically, and they have no clue what the setting behind them is gonna look like and they don’t just go there and start dancing, they have to learn the dance and that takes about 2-3 weeks if not more, and they also have to rehaerse it which also takes probably a week or more.
