Владимир Путин вступил в должность Президента России.
The inauguration ceremony took place in the Grand Kremlin Palace.
The ceremony opened with the Russian State Flag, Presidential Standard, Russian Constitution, and the Symbol of Presidential Office were brought into the Grand Kremlin Palace's St Andrew Hall.
The President-elect swore an oath of loyalty to the Russian people and was officially declared head of state by President of the Constitutional Court Valery Zorkin.
Approximately 3,000 people were invited to attend the ceremony, including members of the Russian Federation Government, State Duma deputies and members of the Federation Council, Constitutional Court judges, and representatives of other federal bodies of state power.
Members of Vladimir Putin's presidential election campaign team and campaign headquarters, other candidates in the 2012 presidential election, heads of diplomatic missions, members of the clergy, academic and cultural figures, art workers and public figures also attended the event.
The Presidential Regiment then marked Mr Putin's inauguration with a parade on the Kremlin's Cathedral Square. The regiment celebrates the 76th anniversary of its founding today.
В Большом Кремлёвском дворце состоялась торжественная церемония вступления Владимира Путина в должность Президента России.
Церемония началась с торжественного внесения Государственного флага России, Штандарта Президента, Конституции России и Знака Президента России в Андреевский зал Большого Кремлёвского дворца.
Избранный Президент принёс присягу на верность народу России. Председатель Конституционного Суда Валерий Зорькин объявил о вступлении Владимира Путина в должность главы Российского государства.
На церемонию инаугурации приглашены около трёх тысяч человек. Среди них -- члены Правительства и Совета Федерации, депутаты Государственной Думы, судьи Конституционного Суда, представители других федеральных органов государственной власти.
На мероприятии также присутствовали доверенные лица и представители избирательного штаба кандидата на должность Президента России Владимира Путина, другие кандидаты, участвовавшие в выборах Президента Российской Федерации 2012 года, главы дипломатических миссий, представители духовенства, деятели науки, культуры и искусства, общественные деятели.
Затем на Соборной площади состоялось представление Президентского полка Владимиру Путину по случаю его вступления в должность главы государства. Президентский полк в этот день отмечает 76-ю годовщину со дня образования.

This was amazing! It was filmed in 2012 two years before the "Minsk Accords" and the beginning of President Putin's disillusion with the West. From his acceptance speech it is clear that his future actions towards the West have been based on his strong appreciation of the strengths of the people that he leads. How interesting it is to see him and Medvedic walking together as a team which has survived to this day. So much beauty, so much dignity. It was a privilege to watch.

Не сочтите меня циником, но аналитика исключает сентиментальность и зиждется на суровой реальности, расчётах и прогнозировании сценариев, а также на их целесообразности в финальной части. Вопрос сдерживания России и грабежа заначки в виде европы мог быть осуществлён только одной страной - Украиной. Она политологически единственная, кто соответствует всем критериям и готова взяться за это. Ну, равно как и Россия, чтобы передать ей часть "мировых полномочий" на какое-то время, чтобы не передавать это Китаю со стороны трансатлантического альянса. Иначе Китай их уничтожит и кинет, а Рф - нет. Поэтому наличие именно силовых структур, призванных сохранить суверенитет и консервативное и внутренне управление в России в лице элит выдвинувших Путина когда-то, обеспечивает Украине самый минимальный шанс на отсутствие тотального истребления и Украины и её народа. Увы и ах, но Украина расходный материал для Ватикана и западного проекта, нравится мне это или нет. И поэтому при любых раскладах наличие Путина во власти сохраняет шанс на сохранение хоть какой-то автономности и самой Украины при негативных для неё сценариях, т.к анализ показывает что основную часть Путин и элиты за ним не отдадут на растерзание и под других сателлитов из Европы и протестантский мир. А это не только пролонгирует срок жизни Украины, но и даёт ей очередной исторический шанс на выживание и реабилитацию, пусть и под колпаком более сильного соседа. К сожалению мы иногда вынуждены выбирать меньшее из зол, мой друг. А также думать чуть-чуть о будущем и своём наследии. Я хотел бы, чтобы вы поставили себя на моё место и посмотрели и подумали наперёд. особенно в рамках понимания того, что происходит в мире начиная с 2009 и куда и к чему всё увы, неумолимо движется. Мы не выживем с Ватиканом и Англией - хоть в розовых трусиках, хоть без. Ну а чьими руками и как англичане будут бороться за конкуренцию с Россией, вы и сами догадаетесь. Они своими никогда не боролись. Вот такая простая логика, расчёт и позиция. С уважением,
