I was going to Golds Gym in Atlanta for a while. I was surely not the biggest or strongest guy in the gym. I definitely made improvements, for me. I never had a problem getting someone to spot for me when I was working out. Really big dudes were more than happy to help you out. Most of the people I met there were supportive and friendly and encouraging.

Well I am under the impression that Anatoly behaves differently depending on how nice the guys are. With the nice guys he usually just lifts what they're lifting. Not so nice guys, he adds weights and leaves them there, so they have to deal with the fact they have to to remove the extra weights (while the whole gym is watching) if they want to go on with their workout. Basicly saying "look, my max rep is below what granpa/cleaner uses to warm up". He rarely does that.
