His strength is unreal . I’m recovering from an soft tissue injury to my arm nearly 9 months ago from working a trencher . I may need surgery . I can’t believe this guy throws around weight like he does , with the build that he has , and seems to be in such fine tuned conditioning that he doesn’t seem to injure himself . I used to work out but because of getting a little grayer now and the effects of aging, I don't workout anymore even though I want to.
