Yeah I know that some people will use the extreme logic of, "they are dead, the System cannot do anything to them" but what about someone's legacy? I know that might sound sentimental, yet I guess that the same people who side with blaming the dead for crimes might not see an issue of taking a dead person's property or money because they can't spend it where they are at.
