Facts, you could be the most law abiding innocent person in the world & someone try to run down on you in NY no matter what you do you're gonna end up in some type of trouble cuz if you defend yourself here that's pretty much a crime now too so it's either get robbed & beat up maybe killed, or defend yourself & possibly go to jail or even prison depending on the extant you go to in order to protect yourself as well as who you got as connections & maybe even how much money you have can help that but for us regular struggling mfs it's a ass backwards system. NY is a fucked up place. My father had been attacked in his own home while he was asleep back in 2018, he ended up cutting the dude on the ear in the midst of them fighting & that dude called the cops & my father was the one charged while the other dude got to walk away with no charges over that. We literally barely have the right to defend ourselves in our own home, we pretty much have to be on the verge of death in your own home in order to legally defend yourself here, it's nuts.
