I have Generalized Anxiety causes anything to set me off. Alcohol and Drugs makes it worse my medicine helps me a lot 300mg daily of Bupropion. It's hard for me to sleep and relax I'm on Klonopin at night for that. It's not easy dealing with Anxiety (especially when it's Generalized Anxiety.
