Slim 400 sat down with VladTV, where he detailed being shot nine times and surviving. He explained how he's still recovering from the incident, but it showed him that he needs to focus on his career and not hang around the block anymore. You can hear how empathetic vlad is when he interviews. Thats why he has the best interviews and the best questions. People give him answers that come from the heart. The question he asks are genuine in emotion and curiosity. The type of interviews he does are more like family or close friends conversations. It is not even that he is good at interviews. He is a caring people person by nature. He taps into that more than anything mostly at will in my opinion just enough to have the other person engage. At some point you can tell he has to pull him self out. When he said his eyes watered up you hear it in his voice. He put him self in slims shoes as a son a and a father but also in the shoes of his family. It is crazy that you can see this is where he was destined to be. History needs people like this that can place themselves in it take down both side accurately with the same empathy and consideration. While being able to pull himself out in the name of History accuracy and respect for the truth. Most importantly respect for the culture and the people around it from viewers to the people he interviews all the way to the people and situations that are mentioned along the course of the interviews. This man needs to be recognized not just in hip hop Historical hall of fame but All Urban American History. He is the reason for the truth in most of all urban history. He cares about the truth of the people the government ignores. While police and government are okay with lies and disregard people in communities with lower economic status. He does what he can for History to be documented and gets called a cop and culture vulture by the people who he does this for. People to blind or ignorant to see he is doing a job that is important and needed. He is providing for the people what the government should and how the government should do it. Instead these fools rather get dicked around and bent over by uncle sam
