You can even go to the clearance aisle at Walmart, compare their prices to Amazon prices, buy whatever has a good profit margin that they have a bulk quantity of, and throw them on Amazon for sale. You can do this with just about anything. Concert tickets have a really good profit margin too but it's a little more involved since ticketmaster is trying to stop it. It's just like slanging but I don't have to worry about someone wearing a wire on me. I'm still kinda looking over my shoulder simply because with my last charge they didn't arrest me until 2 and a half years after the crime was committed hoping they'd get me on more. It was a felony distribution charge that my lawyer got knocked down to a misdemeanor with treatment. That was after my public pretender told me I was going to prison.

It's not unusual for defense lawyers to have relationships with District Attorneys, but there's literally things called Attorney-Client privilege & The Duty of Confidentially. All communications between the [even potential] client & lawyer are protected unless forfeited by the client. The only other individuals the lawyer(s) can divulge that information to are the people working directly on that case. Lawyers cannot be compelled to testify against or release information that was deemed private unless it falls under a few exceptions (US vs White & Swindler & Berlin vs US). Now if these matters we're discussed publicly & someone overheard it then that's different, but these laws are upheld even after a person dies.
