In this clip, Aries Spears continued to weigh in on Will and Jada, making the point that Jada’s fame can be largely attributed to Will Smith’s star power. He pointed out Jada's "A Different World" co-stars and she's the only cast member to maintain A-list status before theorizing that she probably would not have maintained that status without her marriage. The reality is, Will could have had damn near ANY woman on the planet. His music was successful, his sitcom was successful, and he was one of the biggest box office draws. Jada stripped this man down to a hollow shell and embarrassed him any chance she got. Reality is, she's far more insecure than Will can ever be.

It sounds wild but I don't think there's anything wrong with your girl being jealous or hating because you are more successful than her. Women love guys that are better than them at things and with intense love also comes hate or jealousy. Will just probably never used his success to keep her following him. The biggest mistake you can make is letting someone get comfortable disrespecting you when you are clearly BETTER. My dad and a lot of men suffer from this because we naturally sometimes don't want to be an ass or tell someone that their wife's life is better because of their husband. It's being honest and a lot of guys do not want to be honest with their partners, but doing that will build even more respect and attraction.

Angelina Jolie was John Voight's daughter, she was already Hollywood royalty. She had a long fling with Billy Bob Thornton, who is an Oscar winner (Sling Blade). AJ is an Oscar Winner...for Girl Interrupted...before she met Pitt. Pitt was a sex symbol...not an Oscar winner until he was with Jolie. Pitts first Oscar came while he was married to AJ. They fed eachother... I'm sure of it. BP did a long interview (all out on the prairie and shit) where he spoke about their divorce. Their divorce (according to him) was very much on him and he noted substance abuse. Again...I hate gossiping about people, but their divorce filings cited fear, and specific incident where BP got into it with their kid. This is all easily verifiable stuff. My point here was that hollywood is tough on women, and women have to contend with challenges their male counterparts dont... and it's hard sometimes on a relationship. AJ is super talented,and I'm sure it's hard. Jada Smith...was never at the level as AJ or Will for that matter, but I'm sure she wish she could be, and that MAY be something to a relationship

I think this guy might be right if not even just a little bit. It seems that Jada is jealous of Will's success instead of supporting him. She may also have become too complacent forgetting who is providing the lifestyle, comfort, and security that she is now enjoying. She hasn't done anything relevant in a very long time except make herself look bad as well as unsupportive to Will on her Table Talk Show. If she doesn't want Will, then she should move on and let him move on instead of belittling him on her show and publicly at every turn. It seems obvious that she has something on him to hold him hostage; otherwise, I believe he would have gone off on her already. I refuse to believe he is a punk nor blinded by love but by some secrets. Will should do what he has to do to gain his freedom; shut her mouth; and find someone who will love, respect, and make him happy. Life is too short to carry "dead weight" for far too long. It's time to shut her down and make himself happy. His career is far from over and once this thing calms down, he will be fine.

I don't know why some people acting like this ain't feasible because couples are jealous of each other all the time Chris Rock even touched on it a little bit in his last comedy special called tambourine when he said a marriage is not a competition his success is her success and vice versa. In Will's book he explains that once they had their children Jada did not want anyone taking care of her children but her. But she wanted her cake and eat it, too because she wanted to work, which she did-she had her metal band and did some movies and tv shows. So when Will explained her frustration with him I deduced she was envious of him becoming so successful (she was probably not getting the roles she auditioned for-could be a reason for that) and she felt "stuck" taking care of the kids. And when she did work she felt guilty leaving her children (which is understandable). It was Will's fault she got pregnant, it was Will's fault they got married when she didn't want to (Mind you he didn't force her to do anything). She was even upset that he got her a house that had a lake in the back of it. Personally, I think Jada has a bad reputation in Hollywood for whatever reason. I have my suspicions but it's whatever. To really understand a little bit about why "the slap" happened, read Will's book or listen to it. Really good book.
