In this clip, Baby Blue talks about the allegations brought up against him by the feds, in regards to the COVID-19 loan scam that he took part in during 2020. He reveals that he earned nearly a quarter of a million dollars after setting up a website to distribute COVID masks. Later, Baby Blue takes a deeper dive into what led to his arrest. He claims that it all started with his intentions to buy a baby blue Lamborghini for himself for $250K, but that a football agent who worked with a record label talked him out of it, insisting that they would pay for it instead.
Baby Blue gave the rep his LLC information and his legal name. The next day, he had over $400K in his back account ($100K went back to the agent who got him the money), not knowing that the money was obtained illegally through PPP loans. This transgression eventually led to the feds arresting Baby Blue for a loan scam. Nevertheless, he claims that the feds made him the poster child for arresting people for this type of fraud.

Who gives commission on a loan besides a bank to a loan officer? And 25+ percent? For filling out paperwork with no bank statements, collateral, credit check... Why would you pay the person and not have your accountant do it? And how it went from the first 400k, the accountant saying it's illegal, to $24million on 90 loan applications for multiple companies if you didn't know what it was? How did the commission get paid to you for the other loans if you knew paying it was illegal? Then plead guilty...

I'm assuming the other dude Vlad named in the indictment was the one that got him the loan. He probably did the same to a bunch of other ppl so that could be where the 24mil comes from. Maybe Blue was only apart of 400k but bc he famous the FEDs put him as a ring leader

@@tdot1269 According to the paperwork Blue was receiving "commissions" for the loans that got funded. The 90 applications for loans filed totaled $24 million. Of that $17million was funded, so he definitely knew since he was getting paid from them. He didn't tell that part, but that's why he plead guilty. He makes it seem like he stopped after the first loan but that's far from the case.

You're right. If you read the documents it's all there. Said he had no idea but signed pages and pages of paperwork for them from his own phone even though he says someone else signed his name. They have text messages of him talking about getting the PPP loan and how much he wanted to get and the dude helping him telling him that it was too much and would throw up red flags. They have him signing into the website on his phone. He put his mother on his recording business so that he could file for a fraudulent loan in her name because once you got a loan in your name you cant file for another one.
