Napoleon (Outlawz) on 2Pac & BIG Running Into Each Other at Height of East West Beef

Former Outlawz rapper Napoleon spoke at length with VladTV about his knowledge of 2Pac's murder in Las Vegas, despite him not being with the rest of the Death Row crew at the time. During the sit-down, Napoleon would say that he heard about Diddy offering a reward for any Death Row chains being snatched for an upcoming Biggie video. The same night, 2Pac and the Death Row crew got into a heated fight with Baby Lane, who tried to snatch a chain from one of the members.
Napoleon also spoke about how 2Pac felt Diddy had something to do with him being shot at Quad Studios, and how Keefe-D's confession matched up with what he heard. You can check out the full interview above.

If Puffy and Biggie knew that Tupac was going to get robbed and/or shot, it would have been because they were aware of how Tupac mentioned Haitian Jack and Jimmy Henchmen by name in the NY Daily News just a week or so prior and they had a hit out on him for that. Tupac even mentions this in an interview. Puffy was being extorted by Haitian jack at that time, so that's how he would have known that Tupac would be in danger.

Okay, so Napoleon just confirmed Murder Rap story, backing it up with referencing Baby Lane's childhood friend (BG Knocc Out), and Vlad saying everyone confirms it when cameras are off. Puffy is responsible for 2Pac death, and Suge for Biggie's death. This is the story that needs to be spread, not all this conspiracy bullshit with "Suge killing pac", or "feds killed both", which just disrespects the legacy of both rappers... If you respect Biggie and Pac, you know who the criminals are: Puffy and Suge. This guy is still walking around playing innocent with the two best rappers ever dead, and him actively contributing in igniting the beef and getting one of them killed. Suge is in jail now, but Puffy still in the spotlight. Damn shame
