Lord Jamar is right: it's about ending police brutality, not Colin Kaepernick's employment. This is all BS and they're purposely diluting the timeline and the authenticity of those said "JOB OFFERS" / 'OPPORTUNITIES Kaepernick had supposedly squandered. All those said opportunities came with a caveat,, which was, were and still are... STOP the kneeling and we'll think about it. (STOP STANDING FOR WHAT YOU FEEL NEEDS TO BE STOOD FOR.) 1.The 49ers were due to pay Kaep 12mil the following season after the kneeling took place and once after the season where the kneeling occurred,, they mutually agreed it'd be best for both parties for Kaep to opt-out and go into free agency (which is where the unbenounced to Colin the "blackballing" would began. 2. The 49ers issued Kaep with an ultimatum as did other teams who before he knelt did (such as the Denver Broncos who were interested in trading for Kaep before the kneeling ) STOP YOUR PROTEST AND WE'LL THINK ABOUT OFFERING YOU A JOB. 3. Yes Kaep did where a Fidel Castro shirt while still being a/the QB for the 49ers as well as some socks in which depicted "SOME" cops as pigs to which he also received backlash for. These things took place well before there was any team with a known vested interest in the QB,, The Dolphins,Broncos or really any other franchise for that matter weren't even believed to be after Kaepernick at the time of the wearing of the shirt,, I believe he wore at a training came press conference or something of that sort. He later apologized to the Cuban community for not being as well-versed as he should've been on Castro who was more than one thing (like we all are but he did some horrific things to the Cuban population) . THIS IS ALL PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE. DON'T BELIEVE EVERYTHING THESE CATS SPEW THE MAJORITY OF THE SO-CALLED "DETRACTORS" OF KAEPERNICK AND HIS STANCE ARE MORALLY-COMPROMISED AND ARE IN THE SLANDER BUSINESS SIMPLY FOR SOCIAL AND EVEN FINANCIAL GAIN AMONG OTHER THINGS SUCH AS MARCELOUS WILEY WHO WAS ONCE AN AVID KAEP SUPPORTER ON A STATION (FOX) WHO GENERALLY LEAN AGAINST GUYS SUCH AS THE KAEP'S OF THE WORLD. NOW HE'S (WILEY) HAS GOING AS FAR AS TO SAY THAT KAEP DOESN'T UNDERSTAND THE TRUE PLIGHT OF THE BLACK MAN IN AMERICA DUE TO HAVING WHITE PARENTS ADOPT HIM ... REALLY?!!!!!!! WHAT AN PISS POOR ARGUMENT TO MAKE. I DONT CARE WHAT SHADE OR WHO YOU WERE RAISED BY THE WORLD AND AMERICA HAS A WAY AT THE MOST INOPPORTUNE TIMES OF REMINDING YOU OF THE THE FACT THAT IF YOU AREN'T WHITE YOU'RE BLACK. @DJVLAD

B T go back to my earlier comment when I said whites are killed more by sheer numbers by the police. Blacks don’t own major media companies. Whether it’s shown or not it’s still wrong and shows a lack of accountability. Furthermore blacks don’t need the media to tell us because blacks been saying this from the beginning well before kap. Also you want to point out the extremes because police brutality is not limited to just killings it also involves mistreatments, beatings, and over charging in which blacks are disproportionately targeted.

Miami fired Ozzie Guillen when he started telling the media what a hero Fidel Castro is.. that support can fly on any other team, but not Miami.. a lot of cubans here think of Castro the same way Jews look at Hitler. And then there are some Cubans who absolutely love Castro..

BS, the team's can promote individual players harder if they wanted to. Any QB for an NFL team is plastered all across the city. It's just the NFL doesn't want to do that because it'll give players more leverage when negotiating.

1.The 49ers were due to pay Kaep 12mil the following season after the kneeling took place and once after the season where the kneeling occurred,, they mutually agreed it'd be best for both parties for Kaep to opt-out and go into free agency (which is where the unbenounced to Colin the "blackballing" would began.

Cap was riding the high of his breakout SB appearance season with 49ers. He was never going to surpass that. He just fell down to reality. People riding hard for Kap even though he signed a more expensive deal with Nike that most NFL players who love to have. No sympathies for this guy. Also, reports came out showing blacks are not more likely to be assaulted or worse by white cops than black cops. Is it an issue? Absolutely, but it is mostly a highly propagandized issue that is sugar coated to fit certain narratives.

@Crystal Dreams Or the leaked FBI report that said black supremacy is on the rise in this country? Or the statistic reports that show blacks while only less than 14% of the population commits over half the violent crimes in the country? And I guess I must be the whitest Haitian American on earth. You are very ignorant, and clearly a racist. Try a white person calling somebody black boy, black girl in a derogatory way as you just did, then we wouldn't hear the end of them being called racist. Grow up.
