Listen...this was an intriguing story, the part that hit me the hardest was the wife. For a man to come home after running rampant left right and diagonal on dangerous missions, not being there when his kids grew old. Countless birthdays and graduations, wedding anniversaries, missed..and he comes home to a cooked meal, and his clothes still there. not to mention he's the reason why his wife is a felon, and she still stayed.. Listen, You could win the lottery. Get struck by lightning. Book a trip to north Korea and shoot rock paper scissors with Kim jong UN before you EVER...EVER...find a woman this loyal these days. So you ended up switching to flying more, right?” “Yes” “And then you found out about the price difference in Mexico, right?” “Yes.” “So you brought it back north and made some money.” “Yes” He doesn’t even let the guy tell the story he wants to show off how much he knows about the guy, and thinks he knows everything and is the smartest guy in the room.”OK” “OK”

Yeah such a great stand up guy he is. You see the men he worked next to at that fire department or farmers for 20k a year, those were great /stand-up guys. They worked hard for little money. But they went home every night to their wives and kids. Raised them with love, to be decent and respectful, to honor the values of hard work. How many people do you think died from the drugs this man brought into America and other countries? This man was a piece of shit who looked for the easy way to make a buck. Idiot's like you glorify these people, you are no different and will be judged one day just as he will. So till then, good luck in life, keep looking up to people like him and you one day spend eternity with him and all your other murdering heroes

She stood by me the whole time.” I start crying and we all smile and it was THIS GUY. He’s got sparkly eyes and his wife is a gorgeous angel. They are coming back when I’m not so busy because I told them I’m not finished with this conversation but was super busy. If you take enough Tylenol, you’ll overdose. Does Vlad think they should feel bad?

They don't like making movies about you if you didn't snitch. American Gangsta, Whitey Bulger, whiteboy Rick, Alpo, Goodfellow, Blow. All movies and characters made famous that cooperated with law enforcement

1:15:12 this is the inevitable part of a Vlad interview where he thanks the person then proceeds to try and criticize their life story. Vlad always thinks he has to play mr. Moral high ground. He has to keep up this act so about ending on a “lesson” so that when he’s criticized about exploiting these dudes, he can say, “but I told this dude he did 30 years for his decisions.” This dude is unshakable though, he looks at Vlad like, “so what’s your point here buddy?”

Both my uncles flew for the Medellin cartel as well. They become pilots at 20 I believe. They would fly out of Miami airport when someone approached them to fly a plane to Columbia for x amount of money. They kept doing it until the feds swatted my grandmothers house. They did time in a Columbia prison after their plane crushed. The stories I’ve heard are nuts lol. They are in their late 60s now. They served their time and now do well for themselves

Seemed like you really only cared about Barry's story and not Rogers when Rogers story is a lot better than Barry's. His story on Konkrete here on KZbin is absolutely amazing and makes Barry's story seem boring. Roger is the one that needs a movie or series.
