Man-made religion makes one feel safe (doing good works and trusting in your flawed human nature to save you), which is exactly why Satan acts as a wolf in sheep's clothing among religious organizations. He wants people to believe in ANYthing accept for Jesus' sacrifice to reconnect us with our heavenly father. And if you see Chris interviews, you can tell that he's a man who is in a very safe place in his career who is always open to possibilities. And he's fully aware that he's older, more mature, and is keeping a positive and open mind. We all love his classic hit movie bangers, and Chris even said that he is forever grateful for what he did in his early career, but he was young & hungry, and even then he wasn't afraid of being himself, same as now. Like I said, God is nothing to play with to those who believe in his presence. And you can't just say "fuck this born again Christian shit" if you don't understand it's meaning. Chris is sticking to what he know and if they just confirmed Rush Hour 4, then that means that the blessings is still working and he's happy and keeping us entertained at the same time. A lot of fans still love Rush Hour and I still want to see Chris in another Friday of course. But if he talk to God on it and he is seen that it's not for him anymore than that's the decision, he's sticking with. Anything is possible, never lose yourself & never let success take over your character.

Better to lose your edge than your soul, good for him. And Chris is naturally funny he does not need to use profanity, he can still do movies he is just not interested in Hollywood anymore.

He's right! Chris was at the top of the game. But he just wanted to stay doing rush hours. I would of been happy with a Money Talk 2 at least

Aries gave an excellent analysis. This is not restricted to just Chris Tucker, but this happens when rappers make it big or get money, and move out of the hood... I believe you have to continue to be hungry. The hunger sometimes diminishes when you arrive. Artists will argue, "we grew." Growing is good, but some artists, equate growing to not appeasing to the audience which made them grow.

Chris Tucker could've had Eddie Murphys career if he wanted to. Very talented guy.
@davelouie131 Жыл бұрын
Yep he had that type of talent, they had to bring in kat Williams and Mike Epps just to make up for Friday Chris Tucker.

In my opinion, that's a stretch. Chris Tucker is funny, but Eddie Murphy is way more talented.
@davelouie131 Жыл бұрын
@@hermanmuenster8529 he’s a better actor but Chris is more energetic. Robbin Harris was funny but Bernie Mac was more articulate. My favorite eddy murphy movie is life and for Chris Tucker is money talks. But yeah Eddies more talented.

God called Chris Tucker and there’s nothing he could do about it. It wasn’t his choice, but Gods. And you lose A lot of things when you choose to follow God. But it’s allllll worth it. The amount of fame Chris could have gotten does from Next Friday could not amount to the glory he will receive from Jesus for not denying his name.

Amen. Jesus is King. I recently finished reading the Book of Romans and was supposed to read 1 Corinthians starting today but didn’t, and somebody mentioned 1 Corinthians in the comment section. How crazy is that? Definitely not a coincidence. God works in the most mysterious ways. ”For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.“ -1 Corinthians 1:18 ✝️

I feel the same way about Martin Lawrence, and Eddie Murphy. Them along with Chris Tucker lost the edge they had early in their respective careers. Martin Lawrence in the Def Jam days as the host was 🔥 and Eddie is nothing like his Raw, and Delirious days either.

@@Transit_my-way it’s even depressing that people subscribe to this end-stage Babylonian system that the 🇺🇸United States has become. Any nation that would force its boys to wear 👗 dresses 👠 high heels and 💄lipstick is a nation that will eventually be destined for destruction. And I blame the atheists and secular extremists for that one. Because they are devoid of purpose and lack respect for nature.
