Regarding Health Insurance - Yes, of course rich people can afford better coverage than a regular middle class person. Even when a regular joe buys insurance, they have a choice of what type of coverage they want.. most people will choose the cheaper package (with less coverage) because they don't wanna pay alot for the monthly premium. You can't expect to pay the economy price and get the luxury coverage. More than likely, if you can afford some type of insurance, you can also probably afford to get a better plan if you wanted to.. problem is, most people just don't want to pay alot for insurance.. and then those same people will blame the insurance company if their "cheaper" plan doesn't provide a ton of coverage.
