The one guy mikey lance Lancellotti was at a party with Joey in New York and the New York guys were complaining to Joey and saying they were offended by him cause he didn’t talk. Joey had to tell them he is a doer not a talker. And at that point Joey introduced mikey lance as the acting boss of Philly.
