If he doesn't or he has a preconceived notion about you and who you are, then he wants to portray himself as a journalist asking the tough questions. Toure, on the other hand, as a professional, is capable of separating himself from the subject in order to get the story, where Vlad just wants to tell stories... including name dropping who he knows and with whom he has spoken. Toure is interested in providing information to his readers, where Vlad is interested in providing entertainment to his viewers. It's pretty clear in Toure's responses both physically and verbally that he and Vlad do not operate on the same level.
