According to Yaki Kadafi's mother, Napolean's cousin called people asking where Yak was at but not to tell him he was asking before he killed him. And after he killed him the whole family was scaring off witnesses from saying anything they knew about the murder, wether Napolean was apart of that or not she never actually said if he was she probably would have so probably not. But she's said that Nap definitely knows it was no accident but is telling it as such to protect his cousin.

Yaki was killed over some Jersey drama, Roddy was collecting for somebody that Yaki owed for some work , and pulled out on Kadafi because Kadafi thought he was playing. Rodda pulled that trigger because Kadafi aint take him seriously end of story, His girlfriend apparently told the police the whole thing after some time, because she watched it unfold from behind her door. This was all family and friend connected which is why you dont hear details about it. If you watch the Edi and Noble interviews on this you can see they not satisfied with the outcome.
