I'm a 50-year-old white dude from the Irish Republic and been listening to Hip Hop/Rap most of my life. When Nip was murdered, I realized that regardless of where you're from or who you are, if you love Rap and you love Hip Hop then you could only feel a great sadness for his passing. I remember the murders of Pac and Biggie, but social media didn't exist then so you could only guess that people were deeply saddened at these pointless losses, but with Nip, the world went online and asked how this could've happened to such a good dude who helped his own community, and brought other communities closer through his collabs with Bloods. Nip had a good soul, and we need more of those in a fucked up world full of hate and division. RIP Nip. You live on through your music and the lessons you tried to teach.
