Aerials are collected sporadically? In the US metros are collected multiple times a year by aerial at 5.5 - 7.5 cm, with consistent seasonality (large areas over small date ranges), top-down ortho views and oblique angle view and 3D elevation

gravity at LEO and VLEO are almost identical; very little difference on that front. Main difference will be atmospheric density.
