If you see a circle with a check mark in it that means that the title is downloaded!

I completely relate to the October funk. When we found out Biden won on Saturday I was so overwhelmingly happy and relieved but I aLmost felt physically sick and exhausted. It’s like my body could finally release the stress and anxiety it’s been holding for weeks and I realized how much I was actually carrying. You guys are sister goals! I have girls that are 2 and 5 months and I hope they grow up to be as close as you guys are!

The Libby app does allow u to download audiobooks directly onto your phone. U have to manually click on the download button once u borrow the title. Go into your loans shelf and the download button is on the upper right corner of the title. It's the cloud symbol with the arrow pointing down. Furthermore, u can change the settings of the Libby app to automatically download every audiobook once u check it out. When u click on the download button on any audiobook it also gives u the option "change download rules" and if u click that u can change the settings. Also regarding the audiobook speed, the Libby app allows u to go all the way to 3.0x speed. Put your finger over the speed icon and drag your finger down (don't click on the speed button, if u click on it, it only gives u the option to go all the way up to 2.0x speed). I hope this helps.

Team Biden/Harris!! What a lovely way to move forward into 2021. I hope your sister gets better. I had to have my gallbladder out due to gallstones at 16. Definitely was young when I had the surgery, but I felt so much better; she will too!! Praying she has a speedy process. Also, try not to also put too much pressure on yourself regarding content. As your fans/followers, I'm sure we are all grateful for whatever you share with; it will be great no matter what.

Libby does give you the option to download, it just doesn't do it automatically. If you look at your checkout out book on your shelf it should have a little button to download and it will tell you when it is downloading and when it is done!! (:

I felt the same way when the Nationals won last year. I wasn't much of a baseball fan until my fiancee took me to Nats games with her last year. I know what it's like to have a sick sibling, my sister is living in a nursing home after surviving about 50 or so strokes. I hope you are having a better time and that you and your co-workers and family are all happy and safe. I was so relieved when I found out that Biden won. This is going to be an interesting adventure for the next four years.

I feel for your sister. I don't know if this information will bring you any peace of mind or not. My husband is a natural stone producer. He spent years (started getting them in his early twenties) regularly having 30 to 40 stones in each kidney. I can't tell you how many various surgeries, lithotripsies and stints he's had over the years. He can pass up to a 3mm stone without having to go to the hospital at this point. I don't know what kind of stones she's producing or which surgery your sister is having but if she's having any of the ones my hubby has had they aren't really invasive. They went through his back to remove a quarter sized stone on him one time and the downtime was less then a week. (and he's a complete wimp when it comes to being sick or in any kind of pain. Love the man but lordy.) It's perfectly understandable to be concerned about a surgery of any kind. After twenty years of going through them with my hubby, they're really not something to be scared about. Just breath. Stones suck, no way around it but it will be ok. I wish you both the best.

@@gabbyreads you are most welcome. i hope it makes things a little less crazy. Make sure they test the stones to see what kind she produces. Some types can be deterred by certain dietary changes others they have medicine that can keep them from forming all together. My hubby does a combo of both and only gets a few stones a year now compared to passing 9 or 10 a month. We've got a good urologist for him. He's doing good. Thank you for your kind words.
