Generally in KL, minimum RM1million. In Selangor, minimum RM1M~RM2M, depends on category. Sarawak minimum RM500k. So, a foreigner may buy a property worth RM20M, RM50M or even RM100M in KL/Selangor/Johor/etc, as s/he wish, as long as it is not on reserve land/caveat etc.

Hi to the Realestate agent i have reviewed this bungalow 1 year ago and yes it was a very specially constructed bungalow (i was very interested indeed) but don't you think all the greens you are showing surrounding the bungalow its actually another owners lands which soon or later would be constructed to be another properties which means this bungalow will be surrounded by buildings not by nature or jungles

I'm from Singapore. I must admit this RM19mil home is more tasteful, updated and technologically advanced than the S$63mil house in SG. Look it up. I find it more of a joke. This on the other hand, is exemplary of what multi million dollar house in Asia should be represented as. The previous owner not only have good taste, but great foresight as well. Nice job. Such a shame they're selling this away.
