Hello Paul I saw your video of when you got to the hospital and I been keeping you in my prayers I hope to see you out of there soon and in good health. Thank you for sharing you experience with all of us. I'm planning on moving to Nicaragua with in the next two years and is good to know a good hospital just in case is ever needed. Hi Paul ! I'm a French Canadian looking at information about Nicaragua because I'd like to maybe move there. I've been told by a friend who just moved to Nica that health care was almost free. She said almost everything was free at the hospital excepted the food and the drug. But watching your videos tells me it's not that cheap at all ! So, I plan to visit the country first for 1-3 months and then decide what I do. But I want to really undertand what it is when you need the heath services as a tourist and maybe later as a resident. It seems more expensive than I thought, espacially when you don't have an ansurance. Am I right ? Thank you so much for your help ! :)

If you wish to get free health you can but, its far from your European standards, based on my research and conversations with family in NL Nicaragua has a pretty good health care system and variety of services. we are happy to assist when you arrive.

Hi Sarong my heart catheres 3x was a total of USD13000 in a private room well below US and Vivian Pellas Hospital in Managua which was usd 2000 approx more
