Thank you so much Matumelo for taking the time to watch 😊😊😊 On the fish, in a different setting I’d agree with you but, see in this case maybe we preferred the fish to be like that? Sometimes people prefer dishes a certain way, and that’s ok Anyway back story: there’s a Spar in Spruitview. They sell snoek cooked exactly like that (there’s is smoked though but same everything) so that’s what we were going for 😊 ✌🏽
