They indeed need a thumbnail designer! In this era where creators make such attractive thumbnails for their videos nowadays whether their videos are trash or gold ! I feel very bad for these guys when I see such informational videos every time from both their main and this channel but the thumbnails are very inferior. Coz we people nowadays started judging by the thumbnails before watching the videos that's why. We know how your content is, that's why we come to watch the video without seeing the thumbnail, but those people who don't know will skip it after seeing your thumbnail. I hope it will be taken as feedback not criticism!

Also similarly i feel you should also provide training to the workers (Painters, Denters etc) . Create a proper SOP, train them in it. It would lead to a proper factory level work with no shoddy work.

We have realised from our own experience that managing a team of 20-30 people is easy compared to a team of 70-80 people. These outlets are going to be 10000 sq ft with a team of 20-30 people working inside and so it shall be easier for the owner to keep supervision. If it was a bigger centre they would rather be managing chaos and wont be able to provide personal attention to the business and the client.
