3. CEDULA
4. BARANGAY CLEARANCE
5. POLICA CLEARANCE

7. PSA BIRTH CERTIFICATE
PHASE 2: DFA AUTHENTICATION
REQUIREMENTS FOR AUTHENTICATION OF DOCUMENTS
You may download the form ahead of time for faster transactions. Click this link consular.dfa.gov.ph/35-downlo... or
consular.dfa.gov.ph/images/20....
1. Fill out this Application Form while waiting for the queue.
2. Prepare the necessary documents before your proceed to the processing window.
3. Present your documents to the processor and pay corresponding fees to the cashier.
4. Bring the official receipt to claim the documents on the indicated date and time of release.
Processing fee per document is 200php for expedite (1 day)
Processing fee per document is 100php for regular (4 days)
PHASE 3: TECO AUTHENTICATION
Please prepare the following before going to TECO OFFICE
1. 4 pieces of Taiwan Visa (1.5x2) picture with collar and white background.
2. Apostille and Authenticated documents by DFA and photocopy per page.
3. Download the Application form for TECO Authentication in this link www.roc-taiwan.org/ph_en/post....
4. Photocopy of your passport and government issued ID
WHAT TO DO:
Fill up the form at home or before going to TECO
TECO is located at 41F, Tower 1, RCBC Plaza, 6819 Ayala Avenue, Makati City 1200, Metro Manila, Philippines.
Processing Timeframe:
Regular Processing : 4 Working Days
800php per document for processing
200 per document for regular handling
Expedite Processing : 2 Working Days
800php per document for processing
400php per document for rush handling
Filing and Releasing Time:
Filing Time : Monday to Friday 8:45AM to 11:45 AM
Releasing Time : Monday to Friday 1: 45PM to 4:45PM
PHASE 4: GETTING A WORKING PERMIT IN TAIWAN (in the job site only). It took almost 20 working days.
PHASE 5: PROCESSING FOR THE WORKING VISA REQUIREMENTS

Hello Miss Sarah. Im glad you like it. Btw, you have to apostilled your health certificate too. TECO will look for it. That’s one of the requirements for TECO authentication and for getting working permit in Taiwan.

It truly helps! :) Question ko lang maam, after you received the work permit and/or other documents sent to you by your employer from Taiwan, did you still go to Taiwan Embassy here in the Philippines to get a visa and proceeded to POEA for OEC? If yes maam, how long did it take for you to get the visa po? Ganun din po sa POEA for the OEC? I’ve got only less than three months to process all my documents. Tho, my employer and I communicate from time to time, and update one another. September na start ng classes doon; mayroon pang 14-day quarantine when I get to Taiwan, so medyo I’m in a rush na rin. :( Thank you in advance. I just want to know somehow if I can make it this year. :///

Michael Padrique when i got my work permit po, next step is working visa. And yes, we have to to back to TECO again. They have expedite processing. That only takes 2 working days. Then last step na po ang OEC sa POEA. Getting an OEC usually takes 2 weeks. So while waiting for the OEC, u can start complying other docs poea wants to u provide.

Michael Padrique my employer did the chinese translation of my NBI. Yes its necessary coz that is one of the requirements for getting a working visa. Its not necessary to authenticate the Chinese translation though. U only have to submit a copy.

Normally, you have to look for employers first po. But due to pandemic, most employers prefer to expedite the process. So mas advantage po if ,meron ka ng documents na naka apostille na po.

Hello po, sorry po at ngayon ko lang napansin ang message mo. Hanap ka po muna ng employer ma'am. Kung sa cram school (after school program) mo gusto mgwork, they only need teaching certificates like TESOL and teaching experiences, peo mag sa government schools private or public like me, they need you to provide teaching license, teaching certificates and teaching experiences.

Hi, I need clarification on the ff matters po I sent an application to TFETP 2022, Glad they received my application documents and my 2 recommenders letters. However, they sent an email to me po telling me to get every document apostilled and authenticated in the DFA and TECO, now I got confuse about your info regarding the health certificate initially apostilled in the DFA that the TECO will look for it however, I am still in the completion of the documentary requirements. Do I need to have health certificate na agad, kht na application palang para makapagpa authenticate aq sa TECO? I am afraid that the med cert has limited time validity. thank you

Hello po. First of all, I'm not hired by TFETP. Since TFETP, is a government program, under po sila sa MOE. Ako po is under MOL or ministry of labor. So magkaiba po ang pagcompile mg docs. If the TFETP requires you to get your documents authenticated first, then you have to comply. Follow nio po kung anu ang binihay ng TFETP. And yes, health cert is valid for 3 months only.

TOR and Diploma are the most important document needed. If ur still studying in College, I dont think they will issue you these docs not unless you finish the entire course.

Hello po. Pag meron kanang employer, sila na po mgsasabi kung anung need mung kunin na docs sa pilipinas. In line with that, pag na hire na po kayo, bibigyan po kayo ng contract. Sa employer side, they will process your working permit, POLO clearance and Verified contract. Meron po along separate video kung saan pwd kayo mg apply. Hehe 😉

Working permit po sa Taiwan, it took 20 days po. Sabi ng employer ko, yung pag.approve ng polo daw cla natagalan. Working visa naman, it took me 2 days to process sa TECO. and for OEC, one week to 2 weeks lng po.

Pag sa teachtaiwan.com ka po magapply, usually kailangan mo po muna magsubmit ng documents bago ka nila bigyan ng employer. Yung sa akin po, mag employer na po ako bago ako nag process nag docs.
